Malmo, a Southerly 95 is a Dick Carter design, one of the few really shallow draught modern yachts available. She has a pilot house with interior steering, the wedge shaped drop keel also acts as a substantial contribution to the ballast with the cast iron ballast plate protecting the keel and bottom when grounding. The boats had a very long production run, with various modifications from year to year, hence there can be wide variations in prices. This one had new standing rigging in 2016, a new Kemp mainsail in 2000 and new Kemp Headsail in 2009 with also a new rota stay furling .
