Vessel Walkthrough: This is an excellent design for the Bay or cruising. Forward is a large V-berth; aft of forward cabin is a head on stbd and storage on port side. Next is a salon with bulkhead mounted dining table. The galley is next on stbd side and on port side is the chart table with a quarter bunk.
Main Salon: Main salon has a bulkhead mounted folding table, on stbd side a settee that converts to a double berth. On port, storage is under settee and outboard under a pipe berth. Barometer, kerosene lamp, two Bora 3 speed marine fans, six opening port lights with screens, hatch with screen.
Master stateroom: Master stateroom is forward and has large V-bunk with filler. 2 Bora 3 speed marine fans. Large hatch with screen and wind sock for ventilation.
Aft Stateroom: Double quarter bunk is aft. Storage and batteries are under. Opening port light with screen.
Head: The head is on stbd side forward. Features a manual head with Y valve and holding tank, sink with pressure hot and cold water, shower and lockers. Two opening port lights with screens.
Galley: The galley is aft on stbd side with Adler Barbour refrigeration, three burner alcohol stove with oven, deep sink with pressure hot and cold water, manual fresh water pump, and lots of storage, Magma gas grill with rail mount conveys.
Nav Station: Navigation station has VHF radio, Datamarine depth/speed/wind speed and direction, Garmin GPS Map 541, Autohelm 4000 Autopilot, Kenwood KMR-330 Maine CD Receiver with Aux jack and cord. Hand Held Standard Horizon HX 290 VHF conveys.
Cockpit, deck equipment, land tackle: Delta plow anchor on bow roller with 250’ rode, Fortress FX-16 anchor, cockpit cushions, dodger, Bimini, swim ladder, boat hook, fenders and dock lines, wheel steering with compass, helm cover. Movable shade cloth.
Safety Equipment: Life jackets in storage container, three fire extinguishers, manual and gas horns, mustang throw stick, bell, flares, handheld strobe light, electric and manual bilge pumps, emergency tiller, running lights, deck light, masthead led anchor light, handheld spotlight. Lots of extra lines, PFDs, life jackets, and throwable U-shape floatation devices. New bobbins for PFDs still in box. New flares and other safety gear.
Electrical System: Two 12V batteries with selector switch, 15 amp battery charger, 110V electrical system with outlets, shore power cable. Interior light bulbs have been replaced with LED.
Engine room: Fresh water cooled universal Diesel 24 hp, new 3” diameter heat exchanger, PSS shaft seal, flex coupling, 2 blade folding prop and 2 blade fixed prop as spare. Primary and secondary fuel filters.
Sails and rigging: Full batten main with 3 reef points, roller furling head sails, a 148% Genoa with sacrificial Sunbrella UV cloth in excellent condition, a 132% Genoa with sacrificial Sunbrella UV cloth in excellent condition, 102% Genoa with sacrificial Sunbrella UV cloth in excellent condition, 80% Jib in excellent condition, Storm jib, New North Sails Cruising Spinnaker with dousing sock in excellent condition, secondary spinnaker with dousing sock in fair condition, whisker pole, boom vang, manual backstay tensioner, reef lines, lazy jacks. Main sail cover in excellent condition.
Miscellaneous: Spare fuel and oil filters, small parts, and hand tools convey.
