A rare center cockpit Cheoy Lee 44 hull, this comfortable and spacious cruiser has been completely refurbished and modernized beginning in 2005. The decks had their teak removed and were professionally re-glassed and coated with several coats of Awlgrip paint before being finished with an Awlgrip nonskid. The exterior hull was repainted with Awlgrip and is in excellent condition. Other deck upgrades include all new S/S chain plates, Hood roller furling, Lewmar windlass, new running rigging, new Schaeffer staysail and mainsheet track systems, all new bow and stern pulpits, High quality Hylas S/S stanchions and new lifelines, sail covers and awnings. Its roomy interior was fully stripped and refinished in polyurethanes and varnish. The overhead ceiling is new along with specially ordered mattresses and seat cushions with two sets of cushion covers. The engine room offers three separate access points for very easy maintenance and includes a new battery charger, batteries. The Isuzu Pisces engine has undergone regular periodic maintenance and has new water pumps, oil coolers and exhaust systems. The comfort of the main cabin is one of the vessel dominant features, utilizing a large folding salon table, compact and efficient galley to provide easy movement and access to all parts of the vessel.
Recently underwent a haul out to include bottom job and new drive train from prop to coupling.
