Joanie D, a true off shore boat. She was built in 1979 and launched by the current owners in 1980. She has been on many adventures with the first cruise lasting 2 yrs cruising from Toronto, down the East Coast of the US, the Caribbean, through the Panama Canal, out to Hawaii and ending on Vancouver Island. The second cruise was after the owners retired and lasted 18 years and took them all the way around the world.
Added to the boat is a fiberglass pilot house, heavy 316 stainless railing along the boat for rails and holding the dinghy. Safety lines have been installed. New cabinetry ( book shelves) in the V-Berth, over the navigation center and sink in the galley. Also a cabinet built in the aft cabin for extra storage. Last haul out was the summer of 2019.

3 - The wind vane can be connected to a 12-volt electric tiller that can be remotely controlled from the cockpit.
