Vessel Walkthrough
All hatches are new aluminum. All windows in salon are new. All opening ports have been replaced. The yacht is fully air conditioned with three AC units to keep the boat very cool in the warm tropics. And heat in the winter.
The salon is a very spacious area with port and starboard settees. The room is furnished with teak bulkheads, cabinetry and trim, with an insulated headliner of off-white vinyl. Opening hatches above and large windows, both forward and to the sides provide for a bright and airy salon. There is also a table for cocktails or meals and a counter separating the galley.
The master stateroom is large and very private. There is an ‘L’ shaped settee with storage, hanging lockers, and a large mirror. A queen mattress provides comfort and a separate A/C unit is installed in this area. The private ensuite head includes a separate shower with tub, vanity, wash basin and electrical toilet in good serviceable condition.
The guest quarters include two furnished staterooms forward, one V-Berth with new custom made mattresses. The other starboard with upper and lower berths are both air-conditioned and are well ventilated from opening hatches and portholes. There is also a forward guest head to port with a large stall shower compartment, vanity, washbasin and electrical toilet, also in good serviceable condition.
The large, highly functional galley is located just starboard of the companionway, and aft of the salon. The counter tops are off white, trimmed with teak. There is a stainless steel double sink with hot and cold-pressured water, a large stand up 12V/120V refrigerator, a large 8 cu ft top loading freezer and a 3-burner electric stove w/oven and broiler.
On port side opposite the galley is a full upper bunk with major storage below in separate cabinets. Also in this area is the electric panel, drawer storage and an Ice Maker.
The navigation station has a large chart table with storage underneath and is located immediately to port of the companionway in the main salon.
The engine room is located under the fiberglass hinged floor hatches centerline in the salon. Well insulated and quiet. The fiberglass soles are carpeted.
