CONSTRUCTION
Half Tonner designed by Paul Lees and built by Crusader Boats in 1978
Hull constructed in GRP faced with varnished mahogany topsides and upright sections o coachroof. Black antifouling below waterline.
Coachroof and decks in marine plywood with grey non-slip paint finish
Deep cockpit partly teak laid with varnished framing.
Below deck the bulkheads and interior furnishings are mainly in varnished mahogany.
The deckhead is finished in white paint with laminated varnished supporting beams
Saloon sole is finished in grey non-slip paint
Saloon has four opening portlights
Forepeak is mainly finished in white paint with varnished laminated supporting beams and knees to deckhead.
Upholstery is in blue/grey fabric throughout
ACCOMMODATION
Access from the deep, self draining cockpit to the saloon is by varnished timber companion way steps, the last of which contains the batteries and allows easy access to them.
At the foot of the companion steps is a galley to port with gimballed 2 burner gas cooker with grill and stainless steel sink plus generous storage areas. The cooker has a removable varnished timber worktop cover with inlaid marquetry decoration.
To starboard is the navigation station with ingenious folding chart table allowing alternative sizes of work surface.
Aft of the chart table is a quarter berth that also provides seating for the char table.
The saloon has seating across the forward bulkhead and seating/single berths along either side, with storage lockers above.
Access to the forepeak is via an opening in the bulkhead adjacent to the mast step. To port of this is a heads compartment with sea toilet, installed so as to allow very easy access to all plumbing.
Opposite to starboard is a "wet" hanging locker.
Forward of this is a double cabin with spacious V berth and storage lockers beneath including an dedicated anchor chain locker.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This boat has been extremely well cared for by the same owner for the last twelve years.
Each year over this time she has wintered ashore, under cover in her own substantial cradle on wheels.
Her engine has been serviced and her anodes replace annually.
She was last ashore October 2018 - March 2019 and antifouled before re-launch.
