Accommodation

The accommodation layout is a good design.  Entering the boat there is a raised dining table immediately to port and gives excellent all round visibility.  The table is de mountable and can drop down to convert to a large berth.  Moving forward the next seating is port and starboard, giving plenty of seating overall.  The interior has a 220 VAC domestic split air conditioning unit with a bulkhead mounted blower.  All lighting is LED.  Full forward the forepeak is dedicated to storage.  The second bathroom is just aft and a fair size.  Moving aft on the starboard side the passageway has a nav station and access to the engine room. Fully aft is the double cabin with en suite bathroom.  Additional access to the engine room is from the bathroom back here.

All cushions and the two mattresses aft are brand new.

The yacht's AC system is 110VAC, shore power inlet and distribution.  The yacht's genset, a 3.5kva PHAZOR, is housed port side in the engine room.

Automatic electric bilge pump.
