Boat Runs Well!
This 31' Bertram is a "head turner" that stands out from the rest. It has been well-maintained by the owner for the last 20 years. A complete manual lists all the electrical, mechanical, and water systems with special instructions for service of all the boat and upgrades what have been done. The "Centurion" is ready to go with no repairs or replacements needed.
For more information please contact Capt. Ron Catalano at 504-452-1366 or email email@example.com.
The refit 2000 and 2006 and modifications to "Centurion" must be seen to appreciate.
The salon is finished in white with a dinette and custom folding table to port that can be made into a bunk for sleeping. Opposite to starboard is the galley with refrigerator, microwave, hot and cold pressure water, and Corian countertop with sink.
Forward to starboard is a custom seating area which pulls up for the use of the Raritan manual head under the seat. Overhead is a shower curtain track and floor drain. The sink has a Scandvick shower/faucet with a 5' retractable hose allowing for use in the shower area.
The forward V bunk area has bulkhead lights and ceverts to a queen size bed for two, including custom sheets.
In 2006, the entire boat was painted with off white Emron, which still retains a high gloss finish presently.
The hull was stripped and finished with a Nest System. The original struts were replaced with new ones. Extra large, 3/4" thick, mahogany pads were glassed in place inside the hull for more strength and less vibration.
Both engine boxes and inside area were sound-proofed with 2" thick material. A Danforth anchor with 300' of rope is on the forward deck and in the locker area.
The deck is a Bertram fiberglass replacement. A Lee fighting chair is mounted on the aft deck. New Lee 19' outriggers were installed. The deck has both fresh and raw water wash down faucets.
The covers include a Bimini on the flybridge and sun cover over the deck area. The front windows are covered with a snap down cover.
120 volt, 30 amp shore power and DC system in the boat with a new Charles battery charger.
