The Deck house has the living area aft. There are built in storage cabinets aft on the port side and a custom desk along the port side. There is a sofa along the starboard side. Forward in the deck house is the lower station. There is a full control console, electrical panels and electronics.
From the lower station, going forward and down five steps, to port is the galley and to starboard is the dinette.
Going forward and down two steps is a guest/crew cabin. There are high/low bunks and the laundry closet on the starboard side. The head and storage cabinets are on the portside.
From the galley going aft and down three steps, to port and starboard are the main engine rooms. Going aft, to port is a guest stateroom with two beds.
The Guest Head is on the starboard side.
The Master stateroom is aft. There is a queen bed. The head is on the starboard side. There is a common shower between the two heads . There is closet built in and under bed storage.
There is one overhead watertight escape/ventilation hatch. And an escape window in the aft cabin.
Comments & Recommendations from 2015 Survey
Based on a full interior and a full exterior inspection the structural integrity of thevessel appears sound. Where accessible for inspection, stringers, engine beds, bulkheads and partitions, were all found secured and all appeared to be in good condition showing no evidence of stress, cracks or flexing and there was no evidence of any rot detected. The hull sides were found in good condition with no evidence of any weaknesses detected. Please note the hull sides have been re-painted and some of the paint was found peeling at this time. The bottom was sounded with a phenolic style hammer and was found in acceptable condition with no evidence of any structural weaknesses.
All underwater appendages were examined. Both main shafts and stub shafts were found in good condition and all appeared to be true. The Muff couplings were in good condition and the alignment appears to be true. All four struts were found secured and in good condition. Both rudders were found in good condition. There was no evidence of wear noted in either of the two main Cutlass bearings or to either of the two Intermediate shaft bearings.
The bottom paint was found in acceptable condition at this time. BOTTOM CLEANED AND ZINCS RENEWED 2016.
The deck areas, fore deck ,side decks, aft deck, cockpit deck and the bridge deck, were all found in good condition with no evidence of any weaknesses noted. There was no evidence of any deck leaks noted and where accessible for inspection the deck/hull joint was found secured and in good condition. Deck hatches were found fitted flush.
The cabin structure was found in good condition with no evidence of any weaknesses noted.
There was no evidence of any leaks noted from any of the cabin windows, the overhead hatch, aft cabin escape window or from the cabin door areas.
The interior cabin areas were found in acceptable condition.
All galley appliances were found in working condition, with the exception of the trash compactor in the galley
All four A/C units were tested and all were found in working condition, both in A/C and Heat Modes.
All of the entertainment accessories were found powering up and operational. Please note the Satellite System was not tested.
The Water Maker did not power up and will need to be checked and either proved operational or repaired and proved operational.
The main engine machinery compartments were inspected and were found in acceptable condition.
The generator machinery compartment was found in acceptable condition. The main engine bilge areas will require cleaning and oil absorb pads should be placed under the main engines. The remaining bilge are as were found in acceptable condition. There is ample ventilation provided for.Working space is considered somewhat cramped, but workable.
The vessel was found responsive to helmsman's commands. The shift and throttle controls were found working smoothly.
PROPELLERS RECONDITIONED 2016.
Thru-hull fittings were found well bedded, are fitted with shut-off handles. Raw water sea strainers were found in acceptable condition. Connecting hoses were found in acceptable condition and hoses were found double clamped.
Batteries are stored dry and secured from movement, all stored in cove red boxes. ALL BATTERIES RENEWED IN 2015.
Wiring was found meeting ABYC and USCG Standards and where visible for inspection was found in acceptable condition. Please note Nut/Bolt and plastic nut/wire splice connectors will need to be replaced.
32V DC and 12V DC circuits were found circuit breaker and fuse protected. Circuit switches were found clearly identified and most were found operational
120V AC circuits were found circuit breaker protected. Circuit switches were found clearly identified and were found operational.
The generator was visually examined and was found to be in good overall operating condition. The unit was found putting out between 122-124V AC and was running at 60 to 60.5 Cycles.
Where accessible for inspection all four fuel tanks were found secured and all of the tanks appeared to be in acceptable condition with no evidence of weaknesses detected. Fuel lines were found in acceptable condition and there was no evidence of any fuel leaks noted. The fuel shut-off selector valves were found accessible and were found operational. Fuel fill hoses and vent lines were found in acceptable condition.
Please note the auxiliary fuel tank in the generator room is not plumbed with the three main tanks. Please also note filling of the tank is done at the tank top and not from deck fill and the tank only manually feeds to the main tank, for a get home emergency.
