The Seafarer 38, designed by the legendary Phil Rhodes, was available as a sloop or ketch, tall rig or standard. WANDERER is the standard rig ketch. She's had only one owner, a professional ship's engineer, for her entire life, and has always been a New England boat, sailed summers only. Her owner is now unable to give WANDERER the good care she has always enjoyed. WANDERER has spent the past two or three years out of the water and clearly needs a good new home. She also needs a thorough cleaning. She has a sound hull, an engine that was healthy when last run, and a suit of sails. She represents an extraordinary amount of boat for very little money. Her owner would love to see her go to a good home, get back in the water, and build on the many wonderful adventures he enjoyed aboard for so many years. Looking for a project? You need look no further.
