Price has been reduced 25,000.00 from original asking....
This vessel was originally built for a very wealthy family and enjoyed wonderful care. It spent the middle part of its life being beautifully cared for by a very mechanical and conscientious owner.
The current sellers have used, cruised, and lived aboard regularly for the last 12 years. The boat has logged over 5,000 miles during that time and just made a run down the Florida coast.
The sellers have enjoyed the boat in a relaxed manner and style, so please know it is a cruising boat rather than a well polished lightly used dock queen. It will require work if someone desires to have it in its former pristine condition.
Also due to the age and complexity of the systems onboard an experienced boat owner may be best suited to purchase this vessel.
Extras included: updated electronics, large solar array with multiple inverters, 2 gensets, and newer air conditioning and large water maker.
Sure to be the talk of any harbor, this classic could be restored to its former glory or continued to be enjoyed as a cruising style boat.
Please read all details before inquiring.

Vessel Walk Through:
Deck level is the Main Salon and helm. The main salon is open with 360 degree visibility. There are two wing doors and a double door that opens aft. The salon is wide open with the exception of the helm forward, a storage area to starboard and a wet bar starboard aft. There are windows all the way around you which provides wonderful visibility and great light.
Descending the steps to starboard of the helm you enter the Galley. The galley features a dinette to starboard and a U Shaped galley area to port. The stove has been removed and replaced with an under counter refrigerator. The original stove hood is still there. The countertop is large and the cabinets and drawers are plentiful. There is a double stainless steel sink and front loading fridge freezer. Although the galley is down there is wonderful light from large sliding windows above the galley and dinette.
Down two steps and forward of the galley is the Forward Guest Stateroom featuring stacked single bunks to starboard, and built-in cabinets, shelves and drawers both port and starboard along with a hanging locker. There is a fully enclosed en-suite head. There is no separate shower. The head has not been modified but is now being used as laundry with a washer and dryer.
Moving aft of the galley you enter the passageway to the two aft staterooms. There are four opening doors in the passageway, two on each side that open into the port and starboard engine rooms.
The passageway splits aft of the engine rooms with an entrance to the mid ship stateroom to port. The Mid Ship Stateroom features two split single bunks with drawers below, a hanging locker, 2 opening ports and a storage shelf above one of the berths.
Following the passageway aft on the starboard side is the Guest Head for the mid ship stateroom. It has a vanity and fresh water flush head. It shares a shower with the head for the master stateroom.
The passageway then enters the Master Stateroom with en-suite head with vanity and sharing the shower with the mid ship head. The Master Stateroom features 2 split double berths one to port and one to starboard with drawers below and multiple drawers between. There is a massive hanging locker and 7 opening ports and one overhead opening hatch.
