Boathouse Kept Quality! Boathouse Also Available in Everett!
The pictures tell the story of this impeccably maintained, craftsman's special, built by the Jack Craine Boat Shop in Seattle and launched in 1960. She's 1-3/8" x 7/8" mahogany strip planked with fir stringers. Her twin Detroit 3-53 diesels provide plenty of power while quite economical (184 hp each).
Her interior is a thing of beauty, with accessories like Webasto forced-air diesel heat, Raytheon radar, Garmin plotter, Benmar auto-pilot, and Simpson Lawrence 12V anchor windlass. Her twin 8-D wet cell batteries were new in 2015.
The boathouse where this boat is kept is also for sale. Give us a call to discuss that option.
A lengthy list of upgrades and maintenance work done the last 8 years is available as part of a 2015 survey in our files. She was valued at $35,000 in that survey.
Owning a classic vessel is not for everyone, but starting out at this high level of condition is an excellent way to do it.
