BREEZE was designed by Naval Architect, Carl Alberg while employed by John Alden Yachts of Boston, MA. She was built by then Henry R. Hinckley Yachts in Southwest Harbor, Maine. Sloop rigged and built of Sitka Spruce, BREEZE has a two cylinder Yanmar diesel that was installed in 1990. She has been yard maintained since new - first out in California, then back on the East Coast of New England. Extensive hull rebuild in 1990 along with updated mast and rigging in 2003. "Breeze" has had only three owners in her life and is looking for a fourth to maintain her to the standards that her past owners have.
BREEZE's history has been well documented and will come with all Hinckley materials, race paraphernalia, historic file, brochures, and John Alden blue prints that the owner has collected over the years.
