COMMENTS AND NOTEWORTHY FEATURES AT A GLANCE
Shenandoah is perhaps the most famous and desirable of all the classic yachts afloat today. She combines all the attributes that make a yacht great – beauty, comfort, speed, and of course an excellent pedigree. After the chequered history that so many of her sisters have also lived through, Shenandoah is now enjoying the finest days in her long life, with an excellent Captain and crew looking after her every need. Following several refits over the last 15 years, she is now in a condition which will enable her to go on into the next century as gracefully as she entered this one, with many more long and exciting voyages ahead. Her fine and sea kindly hull has already graced the waters of the Pacific, the Antarctic, the North Atlantic, and many more, and now it is time for a new custodian to take the helm.
In 2017/2018 considerable efort to render "Shenandoah of Sark" commercially compliant has been undertaken. She is now commercially registered and MCA Short Range complaint. The end result being, one of the most desirable classic charter yachts worldwide.
