The Ribcraft 6.8 Offshore was originally designed as a commercial foul weather boat and have proven themselves in this field. Even in inhospitable sea conditions world-wide the Offshore Range will transport you with confidence. With a long steep sheer towards the bow and a generous 2.7m overall beam they are true workhorses of the sea. The hulls are versatile platforms and can be constructed in many different configurations catering for applications from the serious leisure user to those who need all weather wheelhouse versions. The boats are easily towed by any 4 wheel drive vehicle. Ribcraft 6.8 Offshore can be customised to individual specification whether commercial, rescue or leisure usage and the craft is capable of taking a wide range of power options which include outboard, stern drive or waterjet. Ribcraft 6.8 Offshore has Eggbox Marine Ply inner hull construction making them incredibly strong, the lay up is to commercial specification. The tubes are bonded to the hull over an extended tube flange that gives them far superior bonding strength between tube and hull than conventional flanges. The end product is an immensely strong hull and tube that meets M.C.A Type approval.
Ribcraft 6.8 Offshore has a large deck space which can accommodate many people or equipment, control cables are routed below the deck keeping the deck clear as a working area. With many accessories; consoles, seating. propulsion and power options the boats can be totally customised to specific individual requirements whatever the application.
