Preferred dinette plus layout
Sleeps 6 in 2 cabins and the dinette convertible double berth
Forepeak cabin with x 2 single berths
Dinette seating and table to port, opposite the galley
Galley to starboard
Raised deck saloon seating area, C-shaped seating to starboard
Large owners aft cabin, with separate shower & separate heads
All interior joinery is teak and in immaculate condition
Brass door furniture, plug sockets, lights and light switches
Cream leatherette interior upholstery, in as new condition
A self-contained, two single berth spacious cabin with a hanging locker, dressing table, drawers, and plenty of shelf space. There is also a deck ventilator and a deck hatch.
There is access to the forward heads in this cabin effectively making this an en-suite.
Adjacent to the forepeak cabin is the large heads compartment incorporating a shower unit, electric sea toilet, this also has a diverter valve for a holding tank, wash basin & vanity unit.
The dinette layout provides a completely separate dinning area situated opposite the galley and on the same floor level making it very convenient, plus, it leaves the deck saloon as a lounge.
The dinette incorporates storage lockers and also converts to a favourable size and comfortable double berth, with an infill.
This is the essential part of any serious cruising boat, the Broom 41 has generous U-shaped corian granite work surfaces, there is a three burner Eno gas hob, grill and oven, these both have gas shut off valves. There is also a Weaco refrigerator, that has a freezer section, this was new in 2015 and a Panasonic microwave.
There is a double stainless steel sink, ample storage lockers, refuse bin, and cutlery drawer.
The raised deck saloon provides a large attractive living area with plenty of room to relax and entertain, the deck saloon windows give excellent views out of the boat, with a bright and airy feel which is great.
On the starboard side is a comfortable L-shaped settee with cream leatherette upholstery that is in immaculate condition.
Opposite the seating is superb storage all made from teak, finished with solid brass catches, a draw can be opened and a full size chart table with chart storage can be extended into the saloon area.
The owner has recently added a LG flat screen television.
The aft cabin of any Broom boat is impressive, but with the 41, more space has been created by moving the access door to the port side giving more floor and wardrobe space.
An en-suite heads with shower, hand basin and electric toilet is located to starboard and a separate shower compartment opposite to port is provided to the side of the large central double berth which has a recent luxurious memory foam mattress.
The Broom 41 deck layout develops further Broom's trend for making more use of the aft deck area for both in-harbour living and cruising comfort.
The all round transom seating with aft facing athwartship seats surround the folding table to provide plenty of scope for enjoying the outdoor life.
At the helm position there are three forward facing seats. Also incorporated in the aft deck area are storage facilities for gas cylinders, a liferaft and ropes.
