Classic pilothouse cruising motorsailer with modified fin keel and skeg-hung rudder, built to Lloyd's standards in Finland and one of only a bare HANDFUL of the big Nautis for sale in the US--and note that this particular one-owner example has the optional three stateroom layout, it's real hard to find a boat of this size with three staterooms by ANY builder.
Note that the boat is still owned by the original family for whom she was built (and it was their second Nauti--they had a Nauticat 35 for many years but needed something bigger as the family grew). She has seen only limited cruising (all up in the Pacific Northwest--she was berthed in Anacortes for a number of years) so has relatively low time (less than 1,500 hours) on the 110 hp Yanmar diesel and shows very nicely inside and out, just hauled and bottom painted early 2018. And note that the teak decks show practically AS NEW!
The boat's lying at the brokerage show dock downtown Sausalito in the Sausalito Yacht Harbor; note that the broker can assist in getting a slip in the marina here--there's a long, LONG wait to get a berth in the marina here.
Forward is comfortable stateroom with V berth and port side pilot berth, next aft is head and guest stateroom with double berth port side with in-line galley across to port.
Up two steps to salon with raised C-shaped settee with dinette port side with lower helm starboard. Up apt five steps to deck or down aft three steps to large master stateroom with queen berth, built in seating and private head with shower stall.
Note boat is bright and airy below, with 6'3 headroom through most of the interior (which shows nicely throughout).
