Hull to deck joint: All wooden joinery appears to be in good condition, no leaks were observed.
Bilge: Bilges clean and dry with good access for inspection.
Stringers, frames: Solid wooden construction, in good condition
Stem: Solid wooden construction, in good contrition
Inside of transom: aft cabin occupies the space behind the transom, structurally all in good shape, good access to steering arrangement.
Engine Room location and access: Spacious E/R is located in the midship under wheelhouse main deck. Big access hatch with good access and ladders for maintenance works behind the helm station provided.
Engine Room condition: E/R is kept very tidy and clean, bilges dry.
ENGINE INSTRUMENTS AND CONTROLS
Throttle and shift controls: Morse type twin single lever for throttle/shift controls, in good working condition.
Volt: 12V gages provided, in good working condition.
Hour meter: Provided for both engines: P/E 1858h, S/E 1875h
Oil pressure: Provided, in good working condition
RPM: Provided, in good working condition
CW Temperature: Provided, in good working condition
Radar: FURNO, in good working condition
Magnetic compass: Provided, in good working condition
VHF: ICOM, in good working condition

PROPELLERS / SHAFTS / STURTS
Prop description: Two (2) 3- bladed propellers, bronze casting appear in good condition, polished
Shaft material: Stainless steel, visually in good and clean condition, shafts can be hand turned with proper, minimal resistance.
Struts: V struts appears to be inline. Struts and bolts clean, coated with antifouling
Cutlass (shaft) bearing(s): Rubber cutlass bearings have been just replaced with new bearings
Rudder type / condition: Single, semi balance wooden rudder blade with steel shaft and keel skeg support, all in good condition. Rudder pintle clearance in order, no play.
Antifouling coating: Freshly coated with antifouling paint together with hull bottom
Sturt: Installed, new
Shaft: Installed, new
