Forward in the cabin is a linear queen berth with drawer and open storage below, and upper outboard cabinets, followed to port and starboard by lighted cedar lined hanging lockers, and a starboard flat-screen TV. Aft to starboard in the cabin is an enclosed head, with a mirrored vanity, molded counter and sink, toilet, and enclosed shower. Moving aft and out of the cabin is a short hallway and an enclosed guest head to port, with a molded sink/counter and mirrored vanity, toilet, and shower enclosure, followed to port and starboard by two guest cabins. Forward in both guest cabins are upper and lower linear single berths, with equipment access and drawer storage below, followed by lighted cedar hanging lockers. Out of the guest cabins, and aft up three steps enters the salon area. Forward in the salon is a ‘U’-shaped galley to port, with a two element glass cook-top, deep well stainless sink, bulkhead mounted microwave, and cabinet upright refrigerator/freezer. Moving aft, and up two steps to port is a bar with two fixed aluminum pedestal stools, followed by the AC/DC electrical panels and a flat-screen TV and entertainment center, while to starboard is a navigation station and cabinet, followed by an ‘L’-shaped convertible settee, with storage below. A port sliding door leads aft to the cockpit. The headliner is white vinyl panels throughout, with tan snap-in coverings over tan low pile carpet in the salon, and polished teak and holly soles forward in the galley, cabins, and heads. Storage was found in cabinets, lockers, drawers, cut-outs, below seating, cabin berths, cockpit deck and gunwale hatches, and below the helm and forward bridge seating
The owner is the 3rd owner and was previously owned by a family that kept it in Ocean Reef, Fl. They used the boat for personal pleasure and recreational fishing. She has never been chartered or fished hard and condition overall is what you would expect from a well cared for 1990 Buddy Davis 47..The current owner is a member down in Ocean Reef and friends with the previous owner and purchased the boat approximately 2 years ago. We do have some service records from their ownership. The current hours on the Detroit meters are around 5675. At current owners survey. A rebuild was reported in 2008 by Tom Gallagher Marine Diesel in Key Largo, FL. Due to Gallagher Marine recent floods during hurricane the records were destroyed, therefore we have not been able to prove with records engine rebuilds. We represent it as the hours on the meters. The boat runs strong and shows no signs of engines in duress. From dead stop to plane shows no excessive or unusual smoke. All oil pressures strong and no overheat issues.
