Forward Stateroom features large double berth with filler cushion, ports outboard, an overhead opening hatch and a hanging locker.
Forward head is accessible from both there guest stateroom and the galley.
Galley down features large countertop outboard to starboard, deep stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressure water, standup refrigerator/freezer, ample storage and drawers. Fore and aft facing dinette with additional storage opposite to port.
Main Salon features lower helm, sliding door to starboard walkway, large living space currently housing a large chair and sofa, built in liquor cabinet, shelf aft, and doors to sun deck and aft cabin.

Condition:
This is an awesome boat - in need of delayed maintenance and cosmetic attention.
The current owners have basically use this vessel as a dockside condo on Jekyll Island.
We had a mechanic checks the engine and systems - the engines run fine. The genset clicks, but does not run. The AC units do not work.
The exterior is in good condition. The paint on the wood trim on the exterior doors needs to be stripped and repainted. The canvas top on the flybridge is due for replacement.`
The interior has @ 6 areas where leaks have damaged some of the interior paneling.
The electronics are dated - not tested.
