1986 Traditional 30 now for sale.
Traditional 30's are amongst the most popular choice for family cruiser/racers on a realistic budget.
This 1986 version is one of the classic boats to be built by Cavalier Yachts and is the Mark I version with a practical, large swim boarding ladder, and full lead fin keel.
It's rare to find a yacht from 1986 with only 2 previous owners. The current 3rd owner has enjoyed sailing Gail Warning for almost 20 years, and is largely responsible for her tidy overall condition.
Sail wardrobe is comprehensive and includes a #1 Genoa, #2, # 3, #4 Genoa and battened Main plus a spare. Also included is a MPS.
A welcome bonus is the rigging which was replaced late 2012 by Riggtech.
Also available is a February 2018 survey.
A 2002 series Volvo engine with approximately 1,000 hours has been regularly serviced with receipts available. Serviced last in February 2018.
Antifouled February 2018.
The Traditional 30 is amongst the beamiest 30 footers available and it is immediately noticeable when you step inside to the inviting interior. Accommodation is generous and can sleep 5.
A comfortable galley and well laid out basic Navigation area with Autohelm electronics. Solar power for charging 2017 batteries
