She started out in life as a commercial boat and was built like a tank. Her current owners have turned her into a true pocket trawler yacht with an incredible amount of outdoor space to enjoy your time on the water. She has room to entertain twice the numbers of other boats her size. Her salty looks match her pedigree and yet she has the refinements of a true little yacht. She is a freshwater boat since her complete refit. She is a proud US built little ship!

Are you in interested in selling your boat
or are you ready to buy a boat?
I have been very fortunate to have spent much of the last 14 years cruising aboard our boat with my amazing family. I have cruised the East Coast from Maine to Florida several times and have sailed to Bermuda. I rode out hurricanes Sandy and Irene on the hook. With that cruising life came the knowledge developed from the personal restoration and reconfiguration of our boats both sail and power. I am eager to share the knowledge gained in my hands on approach to boating and the passion I have for this incredible lifestyle! I am always looking for new quality listings to connect to new owners.
I work tirelessly for my clients in assisting them in locating, previewing and purchasing boats in addition to selling their boats. If I can assist you in your pursuit of “simply messing about in boats” I would be honored.

Forward William has a large v-berth and wet head with electric toilet hot and cold pressure water. There is a walk thru door to engine room. 4 steps up is the wheelhouse with bench seating, sink with hot and cold pressure water and small frig. There is no stove in her current configuration. Roof mounted A/C. There are port and starboard sliding doors. The aft deck (cockpit) is approx 11' X 11'. The generator is under aft deck as well as the holding tank and the (2) 75 gallon fuel tanks and the two water tanks. Even with all this there is still a ton of storage area here. There are two hatches for entering this area.
Her stem to stern refit was begun in 2012 after trucking her from Florida to Tennessee. Her entire V-berth was rebuilt with new mahogany and new cushions were made. Then the wheel house was rebuilt with new mahogany and all new layout including new bench seating, drawers and cubbies below. New cabinet and new refrigerator/freezer. The entire cap rail, bulkhead and wheelhouse doors were rebuilt/replaced with new Burmese teak and 6 coats Epifanes varnish. New heavy duty custom davits were fitted.
Complete bottom job with barrier coat in 2017.
