Just listed. The current owner has owned this classic Hatteras for over 40 years. She is powered by a pair of 1977 450hp Detroit 8-71 Tis that were overhauled in 92 and have low hours. She comes with many mechanical advantages, including: 3 spare shafts, 2 spare propellers, 4 AGM batteries installed last year, custom after-planers, custom rolling chocks, custom trim tabs, extra fuel capacity (~750 total), 8KW Northern Lights generator, upgraded high-amperage alternators, 2 air conditioning units, Bose stereo system, satellite TV system, and more. This has to be one of the best performing classic Hats on the market. The cosmetics are in fine, original order... They have not been upgraded like the mechanics. To those that know Sport Boats, cosmetic upgrades are relatively inexpensive while mechanical upgrades cost lots. This represents a great opportunity for a knowledgable Hatteras seeker.
