Built in 1966 and enjoyed for 50 years by the original owner, Dolly has enjoyed just two custodians that have maintained her to the highest of standards. Designed by Ed Monk Sr., she is boasts beautiful lines and an amazing layout with a massive 17'5 beam for a 52' boat. And, she has also enjoyed many very significant upgrades from all new wiring to a new hardtop. Originally built for extended cruising in Baja California, Dolly features a very large cockpit perfect for fishing, diving, or just entertaining. Despite the beautiful teak cap rail, there is a large transom door convenient for boating large fish or just welcoming guests on board. Beneath the rail all around the cockpit is endless storage for all sorts of gear. And of course beneath the aft deck is terrific and accessible storage in the aft lazarette. The engines are located beneath two very large hatches powered by hydraulic actuators offering amazing access to all sides of the engines that you will not find on other boats.
With her wide beam, Dolly boats a very comfortable salon with a 360 degree view that is fantastic for entertaining. The galley has an amazing amount of storage and faces the salon allowing the chef to be a part of the festivities while preparing meals. And, aft in the salon there is a full wet bar complete with icemaker. Whether offshore in Mexico or cruising the harbor in Newport, owners & guests are certain to be comfortable.

Down the companionway to port is a large master stateroom featuring a comfortable double berth with storage beneath and an en suite head with a Vacuflush toilet. And, with air conditioning, plenty of lighting, & a door for privacy, it is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the water
Forward is the guest stateroom with two large over/under bunks and plenty of cabinet & hanging locker storage for guests. With a wide entry & large overhead deck hatch, this stateroom is very open & airy making it a favorite among frequent guests aboard Dolly. Aft on the starboard side is a pass through cabin with a single berth and amazing drawer & hanging locker storage beneath. And, of course a great guest head with separate stall shower.
Much like the rest of the boat, Dolly features a spacious flybridge perfect for entertaining. There is seating for the entire crew and even some great areas for those that want to sleep under the stars.
